Directions for Use

15 drops three times a day as needed

Traditional Use:

As a gentle sedative and nerves relaxant to help relieve anxiety, irritability, insomnia and panic attacks. Used in nervous states, as asthma, palpitations, high blood pressure, and muscle cramps where nervous overactivity is contributing to the disorder. Its gentle sedative properties produce a relaxing effect, reducing nervous overactivity and panic, and making it a mild and nonaddictive herbal tranquilizer. Its ability to reduce anxiety makes passionflower valuable for many nervous states, as asthma, palpitations, high blood pressure, and muscle cramps where its antispasmodic and tranquilizing properties reduce the nervous overactivity responsible for the disorder.
