Traditional herbal blend to calm the nerves and uplift the spirit by day and aid natural sleep by night, a gentle herbal sedative supporting an over-stressed nervous system without the potential for habit formation or addiction.

Each tablet contains extracts of

• Oats (Avena Sativa) 6mg,
• Chelidonium (Chelidonium majus) 6mg,
• Hops (Humulus lupulus) 6mg,
• Cramp bark (Viburnum opulus) 3mg,
• Golden seal (Hydrastis canadensis) 4mg,
• Mistletoe (Album viscum) 6mg,
• Passion flower (Passiflora incarnata) 6mg,
• Skullcap (Scutellaria lateriflora) 6mg, 
• Valerian (Valeriana officinalis) 6mg,
• Brahmi (Bacopa monnieri) 6mg,
• Ziziphus (Ziziphus jujuba) 6mg
• Mag phos 2mg,
• Kali phos 1mg

​Recommended Dose: One tablet up to three times a day, as needed,  during periods of tension or anxiety, or two tablets at bedtime to aid sleep.
