I've found that along with taking other immune boosting products, NAC has helped to keep me healthy during exposure to Covid 19. I was exposed by a family member living in my home and was able to avoid all symptoms. I also did a PCR test and tested negative.

Along with this, I believe the anti inflammatory benefits from NAC are helping to combat the chronic lower back pain that I usually suffer from . After taking NAC for about 2 weeks, my usual back pain is non existent and hasn't returned.
