Boswellia 2000mg 90 tablets From Nature Sunshine

Each tablet contains extract of Boswellia serrata (Indian olibanum) equivalent to 2000mg of dry gum.

Boswellia, also known as Indian Frankincense, is traditionally used in the Ayurvedic Medicine of India for its analgesic and anti-inflammatory properties particularly in arthritic and rheumatic conditions.

Boswellia may help provide symptomatic relief from the joint pain, inflammation and swelling associated with osteoarthritis.

The anti-inflammatory activity of Boswellia is attributed to its boswellic acid constituents that inhibit the activity of two mediators in the inflammatory pathway.
