Excellent results, I only take it if I cannot sleep...2.5mls in a little water, and don’t drink any more water. Works a dream.
And if I get a sudden shock, same... calms me down completely.
I keep the valerian tincture in the fridge.
I have valerian root, damiana, comfrey mixture tea in the evening.
