Pure Magnesium Oxide heavy, fine pharmaceutical B.P. grade.Magnesium oxide may be used as a dietary Magnesium supplement, or as an antacid to relieve heartburn and acid indigestion, and as a laxative for rapid emptying of the bowel.Directions: dissolve 400mg in a glass of water and take after the main meals as antacid. To empty the bowels, take 5g, dissolved in water or juice.
Warnings: Not recommended in pregnancy and certain conditions, including bowel obstruction. Do not use on regular base.
