I have tendinitis in my wrist and thumb which also has arthritis in base of thumb. At night I put comfrey cream on wrist and on my thumb . Relieves pain particularly in my thumb . Would recommend this comfrey cream to anyone wanting pain relief.

I use this product with Arnica, very pleased with the result.
I also use Comfrey on my face at night, which I enjoy. Beautiful on my skin, so happy with the results. Lovely to be able to use product that is all natural. I trust this company, quality is excellent.
