It is doing the job intended

I have to say I need a bit of info from Newtons
I usually take nicotanimide in mixed B formula with an extra tablet cut in half twice a day, giving me about 700 mg a day That seemed to be okay but when I decided to try niacin on it's own it did give me a flush after about 10 minutes with only 100 mg I also had about 150 in a mixed B tablet of nicotanimide. I was quite red and even my arms were prickling and red I had heard if you take it with vit C it may help with that. Am looking for answers with that or do I just have too much niacin and don't need it This is the first experience I have had with Niacin and I am taking it only for brain health

I haven't used it yet as I am finishing under the tongue B12 tablets I think I have had the spray elsewhere and I think it is always better to take it sublingually in this form I have faith in Newton's products
