Brewer's Yeast (Baker's Yeast)
Brewer's yeast is a kind of yeast that is a by-product of brewing beer.
Ingredients: Brewers yeast (inactive). No fillers, artificial colours, flavours, sweeteners or preservatives. Contains gluten and sulphites.
Brewer's yeast is commonly used as an ingredient in the production of beer and bread, but it also can be used as a nutritional supplement. It's a rich source of chromium, which may help your body maintain normal blood sugar levels and is also a source of B vitamins. Brewer's yeast is also considered a probiotic and is used to aid digestion.
Uses: Traditionally used to lower blood sugar levels, increase energy and stamina, and combat diarrhoea.
Suggested Dose: For adults, combine two (2) scoops with 500ml of water or juice, add to smoothies, yoghurt or shakes.
