Each capsule contains powder extract, equivalent to 8 grams of Chinese wormwood (Artemisia annua) herb.
Artemisia annua (Qing Hao) is used in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) to clear yin deficient heat or mild fever. It's derivatives, artemisinin and artesunate, exert antiviral activity.

Caution:
In rare circumstances Artemisia annua may be associated with liver harm.
Do not use continuously for more than 7 days.
Contraindicated during pregnancy and lactation, and in those with known sensitivity to the pollen of Artemisia species.
Not to be used in children under five years.
High doses may increase the elimination of omeprazole.
Discontinue 7 days prior to general anaesthesia.
