Sore Throat Spray

Sage is an ancient herb used for at least two thousand years medicinally.  In Western traditional medicine Sage is used for dyspepsia, the relief of indigestion symptoms like bloating, fullness, heartburn, abdominal pain and nausea.  The natural oils in sage have antibacterial, antifungal and antiviral actions which make it useful as a gargle for relief of symptoms of laryngitis, tonsillitis and mouth ulcers, and assists in the management of sore throats and painful gums.  Studies have shown Sage as helpful in reducing excessive perspiration as well, especially night sweats.
