This formula combines three adaptogenic herbs that assist the body and mind’s ability to adapt to the physical, mental and emotional effects of stress.

Withania somnifera (Winter cherry) root               1.5g

Centella asiatica (Gotu kola) herb top      500mg

DOSAGE:

Adults: Best taken as one capsule with breakfast and one capsule with lunch, or as professionally prescribed.
