Ainsworths Original Dr. Bach Method, Flower Essence  Cherry Plum 10ml

The Cherry Plum person fears loss of control and reason. They fear insanity and their mind being taken over by sudden violent impulses. This remedy assists in restoring the feeling of self-control and a desire to be responsible for their actions.

Ainsworths Statement "We take considerable care to produce flower remedies which are prepared and made in accordance with the clearly presented methods of Dr. Bach who made it very clear and, indeed, stated emphatically that the flower remedies were not homoeopathic preparations. Therefore, our essences are preserved only in brandy, at a 1:240 dilution of flower essence, closely following his original instructions. Consequently, they contain 417 times more flower essence than those made by 5x homoeopathic dilution."

Using a single remedy: Take 2 drops directly on tongue or add to a glass of water and sip at intervals throughout the day. Repeat as needed, and can be taken throughout the day.

Using multiple remedies: Add 2 drops of each remedy (up to a maximum of 7) to a 30ml mixing bottle containing mineral spring water. Take 4 drops a minimum of 4 times a day. A teaspoon of cider vinegar, glycerin, or brandy may be added to your personal blend as a preservative.
