This iron blend contains a high dose of 24mg iron per tablet in an easy to absorb amino acid chelate form. Additionally it contains vitamin C, folic acid and vitamin B12 to improve absorption and utilisation.
Common signs of low deficiency include low immune function, fatigue, poor concentration, pale skin and dizziness.
Iron is required for healthy blood and hemaglobin (which delivers oxygen to the cells) so its important to get enough of this mineral for optimal health.
