A safer alternative to other laxatives, and antacids. Magnesium is preferable over aluminium and also achieves more favourable results as an occasional laxative.

It is same as old milk magnesia but the cost is rather prohibitive these days.

need more information about the uses and contents but it is expensive do not mind paying provided I am able to get information and more links t more information. That then justifies in some way the very high cost do not want sales talk but scientific evidence based articles to justify my long term use

Purchased this product to make Magnesium Water according to the recipe of Dr William Davis who recommends magnesium carbonate as a very well absorbed form of magnesium

Much better than the commercial option.

I have no negative reactions to it, it works very well. Overall I'm very happy with this product.

however the second to last delivery did not function as usual (had to use alternate means of treating symptoms), and tasted very weird/bad/off (how can magnesia go off)
so overall mixed

I use product for something completely different - a face mask!
It has improved the condition of my skin.
