ST Mary's Thistle Extract capsules

Each capsule contains 500mg of pure extract of Sylibum marianum, equivalent to 15.4 gram of dry Silybum fruit, standartized to contain 172mg of the active ingredient silymarin. Silymarin is a well known and well researched natural compound, known to help liver detoxification and recovery from liver disease.  Recommended dose: ONE capsule THREE times a day, or as advised by a health care practitioner.
