I find the fuller's earth AKA as dolomite powder to be effective and that it must be taken internally with some form of laxative such as magnesium oil or vitamin C to prevent constipation. This product although i have only be taking it for a short while has had a positive effective on my systolic blood pressure levels which were the main reason to purchasing this product.
