Taking 2 capsules each night before sleeping as recommended has resolved very painful night time leg cramps. Highly recommend this product.

This is the best M.Glycinate I have found, has 99% relieved me of Night time Leg Cramps and induces a better nights sleep, very happy with all Newtons Products and customer service is exceptional though if I could have one small criticism it would be that the latest order of glycinate was delivered in plastic rather than in my case the preferred glass bottles.
