I use it to make my own drinking water with increased carbonates in it last time i looked i could not find any, my wife found this, my cost has gone from 60c per bottle to 4c per bottle i love it regards Geoff

Good Product but shipping cost way over the top.

I have found the product to extremely satisfactory for my use. It has reduced my costs considerably and does the job.

This is the first time I have used magnesium hydroxide to make magnesium bicarbonate to add to my distilled water, but am unable to tell if it's done the job so can't really comment on the product, but the postage is too high!

The only place in Australia I have found this product. As its pure magnesium hydroxide powder it is free additives like sorbitol and sweeteners that commercial magnesium based antacids contain. As such it is much easier on the stomach.

I use magnesium hydroxide to make magnesium bicarbonate in solution (by mixing with soda water). Magnesium bicarbonate makes a great addition to my drinking water. This method is very cost effective compared to commercially available magnesium supplements.
