I love Lycopodium C. This remedy covers so much of the issues I face. I get bloating and digestive issues from SIBO and Lycopodium takes it all down. I suffer with gout and the propensity for stones in the kidneys, Lycopodium dissolves them. I have respiratory issues and it also helps with these. It's the best allrounder and always the best quality from Newtons.

I read that lycopodium was a suggested remedy for sarcopenia, which is wasting of the muscles. It is also suggested for cracked heels which I have had for many years despite taking heaps of calcium. It is suggested for right-sided issues which my right foot has more cracks than left side. Brick dust residue in urine, looks a bit reddish. Also suggested for digestive complains which I get here and there. Thought I'd give it a go. Took a few doses of 30c, nothing too conclusive at this early stage. I will monitor and repeat depending on symptoms.
