Directions for use
One serve = 3g (1 LEVEL teaspoon)
ADULTS: Use 1 serve wheatgrass powder daily blended in favourite juice or added to smoothie.
CHILDREN: Half to one level teaspoon with food, added to a juice shake or vegetable smoothie.
