Love how it isn't required to be taken on a regular basis but is just as effective every time. Have recommended to friends and family who also use it for potentially highly-stressful events - most recently as a support person when delivering a baby!

My late Dad, John Skone was a Naturopath so we have used the tablets in the past & they are good but the capsules seem to work better.

We use them every night. This last bottle is for an elderly friend of ours we gave some to. She's very happy with them.
