Witch hazel tightens and tones the muscle organs, such as bladder and the walls of blood vessels, reduces inflammation and mucus discharge and stops bleeding. It is therefore the remedy for varicose veins and hemorrhoids, beneficial in diarrhoea and for toning of prolapsed bladder.
