Adults – Take one capsule daily (with food), or as professionally prescribed. Use for a minimum of 4 weeks to see beneficial effects.

Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet. This product contains Selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 microgram for adults of Selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional.
