Adults – If you are pregnant, or considering becoming pregnant, do not take Vitamin A supplements without consulting your doctor or pharmacist. When taken in excess of 3000 microgram retinol equivalents, Vitamin A can cause birth defects. Take one capsule daily (with food), or as professionally prescribed.
ACTIVE INGREDIENTS PER CAPSULE: Cod-liver oil 500 mg, equiv. Vitamin A 138 microgram retinol equivalents, equiv. Colecalciferol 1.21 microgram (48 IU).
