I have only been using it for a few days, but along with exercises and massaging the muscles and tendons etc, it certainly seems to be helping.

I have "bad knees" and since using this cream I have no pain. I have recently spent 6 weeks overseas doing a lot of walking and using the cream twice daily - no pain!!
