I've been taking nat mur for almost 50 years. Asthma, allergies, breathing issues, eye issues.

Have been taking nat mur for many years. Began with asthma and hay fever, but now find it helps to eliminate certain eye conditions which some people associate with migrains. I don't get the migraine but get zigzag pattern in my vision. Nat mur helps with that when it occurs. You could say it helps with eye health when indicated.
