I have used this caster oil pack on my wrist and thumb which has tendinitis and arthritis in fingers and base of my thumb.
Results were less pain, reduced swelling and more movement in fingers. I used the pack once a day for 7 days. I'm a ardent fairisle knitter so being able to use my hand again is very important. One just has to be patient and use pack each day .
