I have used these on and off for about 30years with a great deal of success. Even though the formula has changed slightly over the years, they still work excellently.
They calm you down without making you drowsy.

Was introduced to Avanol 17 years ago, had a lot of stress and anxiety in my life due to personal reasons. After a few months, felt like a normal person again, could cope with stress etc. Always keep a bottle on hand just in case. Best part its all natural and non addictive.

I have been taking Avenol Tablets for more than20 years. I don't handle stress very well and Avenol has come to my rescue many times.

I also take it for occasional bouts of sleeplessness.

Have been using this product for years, as a back up for restless nights.
I usually sleep well, but often, about once a week, have a sleepless night. I take just one tablet at 1 or 2am, and 20 min later am asleep.
