Newtons Pharmacy delivers Australia-wide and to many international destinations. We aim to provide reliable, cost-effective delivery services while ensuring orders arrive safely and promptly.

FREE AUSTRALIA-WIDE DELIVERY

Free standard delivery Australia-wide is available for qualifying online orders over $187.00 placed through our website.

This offer applies to eligible online orders only and may be withdrawn or amended without notice.

NOTICE FOR U.S. & PUERTO RICO CUSTOMERS

Customers in the United States and Puerto Rico can now place orders with us again.

Please note that there may be separate charges payable for:

• Products and shipping; and
• Import taxes, duties, customs charges or other government fees applicable in the destination country.

Customers are responsible for any taxes, duties, customs clearance fees or import charges imposed by their country.

Alternatively, customers may arrange their own shipping using carriers such as FedEx or UPS.

We can also provide DHL Express International shipping or supply a DHL shipping quotation upon request.

AUSTRALIAN DELIVERIES

Australian orders are generally dispatched using Australia Post services, including:

• Parcel Post
• Express Post

Available delivery options and charges are displayed during the ordering process.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

International orders are generally shipped using:

• Australia Post International Services
• Australia Post International Express Services
• DHL Express (selected destinations)

Available delivery methods and charges will be displayed during the ordering process where applicable.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import permits, clearance fees or other charges imposed by the destination country.

DELIVERY CHARGES

Delivery charges are calculated automatically during the ordering process and are displayed before payment is completed.

Customers may obtain an estimated delivery cost by adding products to the shopping basket and selecting "Estimate Delivery".

Delivery charges depend on a number of factors including:

• Delivery destination
• Parcel weight
• Parcel dimensions
• Products ordered
• Selected delivery method

The delivery charge displayed during the ordering process will be the delivery charge applicable to the order at the time the order is placed.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are generally processed during normal business hours:

Monday – Friday
9:00am – 5:30pm (Sydney Time)

Orders received outside business hours, on weekends or public holidays will normally be processed on the next business day.

Certain products, including compounded medicines and customised preparations, may require additional preparation time before dispatch.

Where significant delays are expected, we will endeavour to notify customers.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are provided by the relevant carrier.

Actual delivery times may vary due to circumstances outside our control, including:

• Weather events
• Transport disruptions
• Customs processing
• Public holidays
• Peak seasonal demand
• Remote or regional delivery locations

Express delivery services generally provide faster transit times but cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date unless expressly stated by the carrier.

TRACKING

Tracking information is generally provided once an order has been dispatched.

Customers can monitor the progress of their shipment using the tracking details supplied by the carrier.

AUTHORITY TO LEAVE

Where available, customers may choose to authorise delivery without a signature.

If Authority to Leave is selected, Newtons Pharmacy cannot accept responsibility for loss, theft or damage occurring after delivery has been completed in accordance with the customer's instructions.

INCORRECT DELIVERY DETAILS

Customers are responsible for ensuring that delivery information is accurate and complete.

Additional charges may apply where parcels are returned, redirected or require re-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete delivery information supplied by the customer.

LOST, DELAYED OR DAMAGED PARCELS

If your parcel is lost, significantly delayed or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.

While Newtons Pharmacy will assist customers by liaising with the relevant carrier where appropriate, delivery services are provided by independent third-party carriers and delivery timeframes cannot be guaranteed.

PAYMENT METHODS

We currently accept:

• Credit and Debit Cards via eWAY Secure Payments
• Direct Bank Deposit

Banking details for direct deposit payments are provided during the checkout process.

Orders paid by direct deposit are generally dispatched once cleared funds have been received.
