Common name: Cinnamon bark

Plant part: Bark

Extraction method: Steam distilled

Common uses: Cinnamon has been known to be hot and stimulating. Traditionally it has been used to generate warmth and relieve pain.

Strength of aroma: Strong

Aromatic scent: Warm and spicy aroma.

Caution: Cinnamon bark oil is a dermal irritant and sensitiser. Use diluted. Avoid during pregnancy.

Cinnamon Bark essential oil goes well with Lavender, Grapefruit, Lemon, Wid Orange, Clove, Black Pepper, Geranium, Bergamot, Tea Tree, Ginger, Cardamom, Ylang Ylang and Frankincense.
