Traditional Fluid Extract of Irish Sea Moss (Chondrus crispus) in ethanol and purified water.

Irish sea moss is a type of red algae found on the shores of the North Atlantic surrounding Ireland, Europe and North America. For hundreds of years, it has been used for various medicinal purposes. Irish moss is high in iodine, potassium and folate, and immune-boosting nutrients like iron, magnesium, phosphorus, and zinc, supporting the immune system. 

Recent studies suggest that in addition to the benefits in respiratory congestion, Irish moss may have neuroprotective effects in Parkinsons disease.
