Following is a summary of the terms and conditions that apply to all orders made from www.newtonspharmacy.com.au.
1. Orders & Delivery:
All orders placed through this website are subject to confirmation and acceptance by us.
2. Prices, Payment & Credit Card Information
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Please note that our online price may not have been updated yet and if so, you will be contacted and asked if you wish to proceed with the purchase.
Occasionally, the online store may display products no longer available due to various reasons. Athough we try to display accurate information, we sometimes fail to fix the discrepancies between physical stock and online quantities - we appologise for the inconvinience his may cause and will happily provide you with a refund if a product purchased online is out of stock.
For each order, you must pay:
The price for the relevant order, as confirmed by us, the delivery and handling fee, if applicable, and the Goods and Services Tax (GST), if applicable.
Your order and credit card details are safe and secure. All personal and credit card information provided to us is encoded using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology, an encryption protocol that protects data as it travels over the Internet. We only accept payments using the methods stated in the orders & payment section of this website.
You credit card information is secure and PCI DSS Compliant.
If you pay by bank deposit or cheque the payment must be cleared before the order will be dispatched.

You agree to take responsibility for the safekeeping of your user name and password. You are liable if your user name or password is used by an unauthorised person. Product Images displayed on our website are for informational and marketing purposes and may not always represent the actual product. The details may be changed or updated from time to time.
All images and content on this website are the property of the owners and may not be copied without prior written approval from us.
5. Privacy
www.newtonspharmacy.com.au will not reveal your personal information to external organisations except for the purposes of fulfilling your order. We do not keep records of credit cards' details.
6. Changes To Terms
Each order is governed by the terms and conditions current when the order is placed. www.newtonspharmacy.com.au may add to, delete or otherwise change these terms and conditions without notice. It is your responsibility to read and understand these terms and conditions each time you place an order.

All purchases, and these terms and conditions, are subject to the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

9. Shipping, delivery and handling
All orders will be shipped to you by Australia Post and are subject to the Australia Post terms and conditions. Cost of shipping will be automatically calculated during the check out; process based on your location, and if in Australia based on your postcode, and the total weight of the shipment.
Please allow up to 10 business days for delivery of regular parcels and up to 2 business days for delivery of express parcels within Australia.
Regular International Air mail will deliver within 7 business days to your country. Express International mail will deliver within 4 business days to your country .
All parcels have tracking numbers, and can be easily tracked on the Australia Post Track my Parcel website.
10. Refund Policy
Please report any problems with you online order within no more than 3 days of receipt.
Please choose carefully . We supply medicinal products and can not guarantee the safety and quality of such products once these leave the pharmacy. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make the wrong decision, unless the product is sealed and deemed safe for resale.
Please note that we do not issues refunds or accept exchange of any product which is:
- not sealed by manufacturer, or
- has been custom made or compounded in the pharmacy
You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, or have been damaged in transit (photo proof required).
We may also issue refund or credit(at our discretion) for sealed by the manufacturer brand products and purchased by error, as long as these are posted back to us within 10 days of the original purchase and the customer pays for return postage.
11. Sale of restricted prescription items
We sell prescription medicines to Australian customers within Australia, on provision of prescription by mail, email, or fax. Please contact our pharmacists by email or by phone for more information.
12. All transactions are processed in AUD$
