The cream works really well on sun-damaged skin and solar keratosis.
After the initial 4 x / day applications I apply 2 x / day as needed using pre-moistened water, fingers/hands...

Newtons have a slightly more expensive devils apple product that contains aspirin... but it doesn't seem to work any better.
Only the Curaderm concentrate works better than this product... but it's also 5x the price and ~1/10 the volume.
Very small amounts of the cream are all that is required. This is a very gentle cream. The curaderm it is based on is a bit more irritating. It's amazing that such an effective product can be virtually unknown.
This stuff ends up walking out of my fridge on a regular basis (people love it) so I have to keep ordering more. It's a generous serve (I always order the big container) and a modest price so you can safely let other people try it without worrying that you'll run out or it's costing you too much.
N.B. It won't affect non-cancers. If it's not working then what you're applying it to probably isn't cancerous. We haven't found any instances of it failing to work. One guy told us it didn't work but later found it wasn't cancer.

After two weeks and half a jar left it has proven a great skin softener with scaley patches diminishing. Needs longer term use and probably more jars to meet full expectations. Looks promising.

It's a very gentle product. Suspect areas simply break down and heal up without any pain. It only affects unhealthy tissue. Healthy tissue is totally unaffected. This is a very generously sized jar compared to the more expensive alternatives. You don't need to apply much so it lasts a long time.
It seems to be very stable and has survived in the car for prolonged periods... although I keep it in the fridge to maximise its effectiveness.
I often give away samples of the this cream to people who have obvious skin problems. The formulation includes many things that would make it ideal for repairing the skin... so it's worth trying even if you don't have sun damage.
An amazingly effective product. Try it?

Both my partner and I are using this - he for a squamous cell carcinoma on his face whilst on the waiting list for a specialist appointment and myself on sun spots. After 2 weeks use we are aalready seeing positive results. It stings a little on application but well worth the mild initial discomfort for the improvements in our conditions.

Excellent product that I came across after searching for CURADERM which has one of the same ingredients as the cream does, but is regulated and extremely expensive.
Effects of the cream were to reduce a sun-created red patch on face that was dry and uncomfortable and flared up in the absence of sun screen. The Devil's Apple cream is easy to apply, and the skin appears to be healing. Would have liked better labelling on the container,otherwise fabulous and I apply it several times a day. Thanks.

I love this cream. I have sun damaged skin and not only is it gentle and has a lovely feel to it,.... it slowly removes the hard, dry skin that grows...but does not come back once this cream has done its job. It takes a little patience and time. I will order this product for as long as i am able.

I received my jar of creme and it had a big air bubble in jar, so I feel I got "jipped" and did not get the full amount I paid for. But so far, I have only been using the creme for 4 days but I have noticed one particular dark spot fading. My skin has some pretty serious sun damage, especially on my lower legs and my chest, so I am waiting to see the results I get from applying the creme. I know I will need to order more.

I have fair skin with quite a bit of pigmentation on my face from years of sun exposure. This cream has definitely improved and lightened my patchy brown marks. No overnight results, as I've been using the cream for about 4 months, but then I doubt anything is. I like that it is free from unpronounceable ingredients so common in many commercial products. I trust Newtons traditional methods and ingredients and will buy again and may be use in conjunction with retinol to try to further reduce pigmentation.

I applied Devil's Apple 6 - 12 times throughout the day on a black melanoma the size of a five cent piece and in 2 weeks it faded to a pale freckle (a week later, without using the cream, it hasn't changed). Many thanks for this wonderful cream, Newtons.

I've been using this cream for four years now and it has kept the basal cell carcinoma on leg from getting larger. It is not gone but it is half the size it used to be. It is still very small. I had it surgically removed (before I started using the cream) but when the scar healed it looked no different from what it had previously. That is when I started using the cream. I depend on it and use it every day. I also use it anywhere a problem occurs -- like patchy dry skin. It softens and smooths it in one or two uses. I did notice that they seem to have farmed out the production to another company, so I hope the quality remains the same.

I learned about Devils Apple from TTAC. It's a little too early to tell as I've only been using this for a few weeks on some spots on my chest that I am concerned about since I recently had a basal cell carcinoma removed from my forehead. Have the start of BCC's on the hand and after 4 days the darkness and spots are fading. Big test will be to see how it goes on my very sun damaged nose that was burnt non stop when I was younger. No changes as yet, but again it's only been a few days.

I have a base cell carcinoma below my eyebrow.
I did not want to use Curaderm or Cansema since I would need to apply them too close to my eye. I have been applying Devils Apple cream since 12/7/18 to the carcinoma and to two more sun spots around my eyes. At first there was redness and itchiness, but it went away after a day. Now my sun spots are looking smaller, paler and on their way out! My husband started using the cream on sun spots on his cheeks and his nose. I would definitely recommend the Devils Apple Topical cream and also thank you for your caring support staff who took my telephone call and patiently gave answers to all my concerns. After a week of using this product dry , scaly patches on my face have disappeared. I had tried other moisturizers & rosehip oil on these spots over the last few months with no visible difference. My husband is trying it on a BCC and it does appear a little smaller after 2 weeks use. Will continue to use it.

For a couple of years a patch of skin on the side of my nose had been thickening and hardening and no cream would improve it. This product has taken away many dark precancerous spots. I just ordered another tub of this product as I have more spots that have popped up within the last few years. Skin cancer is no joke, If you have a spot that is questionable I suggest using devils apple. If it is not cancer then you have nothing to worry about but if it is then you have what it takes to eliminate it.

I had a hard bump that had a horn shape lesion in the middle of it on the end of my nose. I had had one other remove several years ago and dreaded to go to dermatologist for this one. My Doctor, who does holistic medicine also, recommended Devil's Apple Cream. I search the internet until I found Newton's Pharmacy and ordered this product. Within a week, the horn part fell off, after a month the bump is completely gone. I have some small blisters around the area which I hope means it still killing roots. I have used this cream on my right hand where I often get an itchy red scaly painful rash. Applying this product to areas of concern seems to allow it to find little problems here and there and clear them up. I have had several areas where use of the cream caused some irritation and lesions to form, which cleared up after a few weeks of use. I am guessing that the cells were not completely healthy, although probably not yet cancerous.

Thankfully this product works very well for me. After a 3 weeks of applying it 3-4 times a day to a rather large lesion on my nose the lesion has almost gone. I suspect the lesion was either a basal or squamous cell carcinoma as I am very familiar with with these types of skin cancers. Due to the excellent results I have had I would highly recommend it to anyone with sun damaged skin and or a history of non-melanoma type skin cancers. I certainly suggest giving it a try before having a non-melanoma type lesion removed invasively. Thank you Newtons Pharmacy for a wonderful product and thank you for a great customer experience.

I've been using this for a couple of years now, and I would not be without it, if I can. It used to be a salve, but is now a cream which is absorbed more easily. In about 2009 (I think) I had a spot on my leg biopsied and discovered it to be a basal cell carcinoma. I then had it removed. When it healed, it looked pretty much exactly like it had looked before, but I did not worry about it, I just let it continue healing. Over time, it never really seemed to disappear as other scars do, and it seemed to be getting slightly larger so I began to worry about it. I then read about the herb "devil's apple" being helpful in treatment of this kind of thing. I searched and the only place I could find it was here at Newton's Pharmacy. I live in the USA but was able to order it easily. I've been applying it twice a day, as I said, for a couple of years. What happened in the beginning is that the area first turned red around the edges, and then, it got smaller. I watched a video of a doctor describing what these things look like when they are healing and he described the red ring as being part of the healing, so that put my mind at ease. The ring never lasts very long and I consider it a good sign that my body is fighting against it. I also changed my diet to vegan to help improve my immune system and continued using it. It got red again, and then smaller, about four times since then. It was the size of a US quarter when I started, but is now roughly the size of a US dime. It has not gone away, but I am happy to be keeping it in check and slowly letting it get smaller. Much better than the standard treatment in my mind, to simply rub some of this topical on it and have no other side effects. I'm not sure the new formula cream is as effective as the salve was, and would love to have a choice between the two. I've not had it checked by a doctor again. I would, if it got worse, but it does not seem to get worse. I just continue to use this topical because it seems to work no matter how slowly. Perhaps it will one day disappear, or maybe I will pass on first (I'm 67) -- but either way, I feel it is no longer a "danger" to me. By the way, I've also been using it on a dark freckle-looking spot on my other leg and it has made it lighter in appearance. About a month ago I started using it on some liver spots on my right arm and they seem to be getting lighter, too. I'm happy with these results and would recommend it to others, if they are interested.

Surprised that a 'skin cancer' cream would lack other well-known apoptosis-inducing compounds like Boswellia Sacra, Commiphora myrrha and hemp-extracted CBD. I had previously purchased this early summer and used it on a couple of spots of skin cancer that were diagnosed by my doctor. It worked very effectively. I was away for a month canoeing and thought I had packed the salve. I hadn't though and the two spots came back. Both spots were scabbing and bleeding. I have started to use this new composition and like the way that it can be applied more easily to the skin. I use a q-tip to apply it and cover the spot on my arm with a fresh bandage each day. If I don't the cream rubs off on my shirt. I am sure I would rate this product higher if I had more time with it. The results though were noticeable within the first week of use. The spot healed over. I will continue to use until there is nothing but normal skin and no pink tissue showing. Definitely would purchase this product again and will post again if you want to know the long term effect of this cream.

I was surprised when I opened my little jar of Devils Apple topical medicine to discover that it was no longer a salve and had become a cream. I also was surprised to read that "Devil's Apple" was the third ingredient rather than the second. I had used the salve at least twice a day for a long time and it had helped to reduce the size of a basal cell skin carcinoma on my leg by about half. I will use the new cream and see how it works. It is much easier to rub into my skin but I wonder if I am getting as much medicine to the spot as I got with the salve. Also I do not like the new rather obnoxious odor. It kind of stinks. But if it works, I don't care about the stink. I guess I'll have to use it to find out.

I ordered this from the UK and it arrived promptly. Don't remember exact dates but less than two weeks
I have been treating a suspected Basel cell carcenoma with various remedies for a couple of months. Because it's adjacent to my eyebrow I have been reluctant to use the more aggressive treatments like Petty Spurge (Euphorbia peplus) and Iodine.
I've only been applying this cream for a few days but I am very pleased with the results so far. There is a definite healing of the lesion and I hope it continues and totally eradicates the problem.
Would certainly recommend this product.

I have a small sunspot on the bridge of my noise directly between my eyes. I have had it burnt of before and treated a second time, it just keeps poping back up along the edge of the treated area after about 2 years. this time when it was back and bleeding every day I used Devils Apple ointment and the bleeding and redness was gone within 48hrs. I have started recomending it to friends that have sunspots much worse than mine.

It seems to be working on a sun cancer on my arm. However,it is a little early to tell yet. I would have liked a little more informative info in the package. Or maybe a link to a website to learn more about this product.

I have only been using it for half a week, and the warty surface of my sun spot is already coming off. Very excited to have a natural product that works and means I don't have to undergo the pain of freezing off the sunspot which is very close to my eye. I don't mind the greasiness if it works.

I have only been using it for a few days but there are signs of improvement already. I am using it on a suspected skin cancer which was cut out some years ago but started erupting again. I put Manuka honey on the open wound and when it had scabbed over I applied the Devils Apple cream. Looking forward to a complete cure!

I had a small quarter-sized scar from where a carcinoma had been removed a few years ago. The scar never looked "healed" to me, so I've tried the devil's apple salve and it immediately began to change and reduce in size. Will continue to use to see what happens.

Very greasy and slow to be absorbed. Efficacy seems minimal. Would probably benefit from higher concentration of the active compounds.

Only been using salve for a week on a large solar keratoses that had become scaly and bleeding at times'
The salve is gentle and the lesion is not scaly anymore and seems to be shrinking in size
Look forward to seeing more progress in next few weeks

I purchased the Devil's Apple Ointment to try on a couple of Melasma spots on my face. I do believe I have noticed some faint "fading" of the spots. I must start applying 3 times daily as recommended, but to date I've been using it twice a day. All in all, I DO LIKE it!
