Product Description:

Metagenics Indole-3-Carbinol (I3C):

Indole-3-carbinol (I3C) is a naturally occurring phytochemical derived from cruciferous vegetables such as broccoli, brussel sprouts, cabbage and cauliflower.

I3C supports healthy oestrogen metabolism and improves the ratio of 2-hydroxyoestrogens to 16-hydroxyoestrogens, imbalance in which is commonly associated with oestrogen-dominant gynaecological disorders and oestrogen-dependent cancers.

I3C also has regulating effects on cellular growth and metabolism which may be of benefit in assisting cancer prevention.
