Capsicum, also commonly known as Cayenne or Chilli powder, has traditionally been used in Western herbal medicine to help improve blood circulation to the peripheral areas of the body (legs, hands and feet). The warming nature of Capsicum helps enhance healthy digestive system function.

DOSAGE:

Adults: Take one capsule two times daily with a meal and one glass (250mL) of water, or as professionally prescribed.
