Agrimonia eupatoria. The agrimony extract is bitter tasting. Taken internally, both the tea and the extract of Agrimony act as bitters, aiding the digestive process. Due to its astringent quality, Agrimony extract is of benefit in diarrhoea. In addition, Agrimony is often used in combination with other hebs, such as cornsilk, in the traditional treatment of cystitis and problems related to urinary incontinence and kidney stones.
