This is the only version of homeopathic arnica I've used, and it is amazing at reducing inflammation and healing muscle strain.

I recently experienced back and leg spasms which were so painful I could not even use my arms or get myself in and out of bed. Using the arnica for circumstances like this works really well. I was looking for arnica 200C without lactose and in australia and I was so happy to come across Newtons Compounding Pharmacy online

Have found Arnica, both cream and tincture, to be of assistance in dealing with pain.

We know Arnica tincture from Germany. We always
put it on wounds. Arnica has the ability to draw puss from
a wound. It is very hard to get it in Australia, they have only
cream but this is not the same.
