RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Newtons Compounding Pharmacy
 

Medicines & Compounded Preparations – No Returns

For safety, quality and regulatory reasons, medicines, prescription items and compounded preparations cannot normally be returned once they leave the pharmacy.

❌ We do NOT accept returns for:

  • Prescription medicines
  • Compounded medicines
  • Custom-made products
  • Opened or used products
  • Products not suitable for resale

✔ We MAY assist with:

  • Damaged products
  • Faulty products
  • Incorrectly supplied products
  • Incomplete orders reported promptly
  • Consumer Law remedies where applicable

Customer Duty to Inspect Orders

Please inspect your order promptly upon receipt. Missing items, shortages, damage or incorrect products should be reported as soon as reasonably possible and preferably within 7 days of receipt.

Delivery Investigations

Tracking information, courier records and available documentation may be used to verify dispatch and delivery. Customers should retain invoices, tracking details and packaging until the order has been checked.

Historical Claims

Records are retained in accordance with operational and legal requirements. Claims raised many months or years after a transaction may be impossible to verify fairly. The absence of historical records does not by itself establish that goods were not supplied, dispatched or delivered.

Australia Post & Courier Deliveries

All deliveries are subject to Australia Post or courier terms and conditions. While we will assist where possible, delays and delivery issues outside our reasonable control cannot be guaranteed against.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes or restricts rights available under Australian Consumer Law.
