Ingredients and Excipients:

Each capsule contains:

Magnesium citrate 400mg, equiv. Magnesium 61.8mg

Magnesium orotate dihydrate100mg, equiv. Magnesium 6.6mg

Magnesium aspartate 100mg, equiv. Magnesium 8.4mg

Magnesium amino acid chelate 200mg, equiv. Magnesium 23.4mg

Excipients:

Glycine, leucine, colloidal anhydrous silica, vegetable capsules

Dosage:

Adults:
Take 1-2 capsules three times daily, or as recommended by your registered healthcare practitioner.

Caution:
