Iron VITAL F+ liquid is a high strength, bioavailable iron that contains a huge 15mg of iron per sachet, with added energy-boosting B Group vitamins and Vitamin C. It is gentle on the stomach and has a great taste thanks to herbal extracts and natural fruit concentrates (cherry, beetroot, apple). It is liquid iron sachet that can be enjoyed directly from the sachet by tearing off the top with no need for mixing or refrigeration. And lastly, it has No added Preservatives!

Each 15ml contains:
Ferrous gluconate (Iron)	15mg
Thiamine as hydrochloride (Vitamin B1)	800µg
Riboflavin as sodium phosphate (Vitamin B2)	1mg
Nicotinaminde (Vitamin B3)	1.5mg
Pryidoxine as hydrochloride (Vitamin B6)	1mg
Cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12)	2.2µg
Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C)	82mg

Contains a fruit juice blend of: cherry, beetroot, apple; herbal extracts from: rose hip, chamomile, lemon balm, quack grass root, horsetail; fructose, guar gum, carob gum, pectin, natural flavours, purified water.
Does not contain artificial colors or sweeteners, gluten, lactose, alcohol or added preservatives.

Adults and children over 12 years of age: one sachet per day, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
Shake sachet before use.
For optimal absorption, we recommend taking Iron VITAL F+ separate from mealtimes.

Warnings:

Vitamin and/or mineral supplements such as liquid iron may help when dietary vitamin/mineral/nutrient intake is inadequate.
Not for the treatment of iron deficiency conditions.
Vitamin and/or mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
