Ingredients
Each capsule contains:
Lactobacillus rhamnosus (LGG®) 20 Billion CFU
Bifidobacterium animalis ssp lactis (BB-12®) 10 Billion CFU
Lactobacillus acidophilus (LA-5™) 1 Billion CFU

Directions
Adults & children over 5 years: Take 1 capsule daily during antibiotic course & for 14 days after to restore healthy gut bacteria balance & immunity.
Take instead of your usual probiotic, 2 hours apart from antibiotic dose, or as directed by a healthcare professional.

Capsules can be pulled apart and powder added to food or liquid if preferred.
