Fluid Extract of Organically Grown Californian Poppy, Eschscholzia Californica, in 45% Ethanol and Purified Water.Free of preservatives or additives.

Traditional uses: Traditionally, Californian poppy is used for trouble sleeping (insomnia), aches, nervous agitation, bed-wetting in children, and diseases of the bladder and liver. It is also used to promote relaxation. Californian poppy extract is usually combined with other herbal extracts with similar effects. The recommended dose is 15-20 drops three times a day.

In combination with other herbs, California poppy is used for depression, long-term mental and physical tiredness (neurasthenia), nerve pain, various psychiatric conditions, blood vessel problems, sensitivity to weather changes, and sedation. For enhanced pain-killing and relaxing effect, it may be blended with Jamaican dogwood, Cowslip, Scullcap, and Passion Flower.
