Bacopa monnieri (Brahmi) fluid extract, 1:1, in 50% ethanol and purified water, cold percolation method, organic herb.

This herbal extract is made from the leaves and stems of the plant Bacopa monnieri, also known as Brahmi or Indian pennywort.

Traditional Use:

Brahmi is an adaptogen herb, which, like ginseng and withania, helps us dealing with stress. In addition, it has been used for centuries to improve brain function and memory.

Brahmi extract may be taken in combination with other herbal extracts of benefit for memory and learning, such as Gingko biloba, Rosemary, Gotu kola, Pine bark, Green oats, and American ginseng, as in Memory drops, contact us for a blend of your choice.

Clinical Research:

Studies in humans have mixed results, but some have been positive.and seem to support the traditional use of brahmi to help with memory and focus and in ADHD.

A 2013 study found that adults taking brahmi showed improvements in their ability to retain new information. Participants taking a brahmi extract showed significantly improved performance in their memory and brain function.

Clinical research shows that Bacopa monnieri (Brahmi) is first and foremost a memory enhancer. The results indicate that Bacopa supplementation may increase attention, heighten focus, reduce stress, and promote calmness.
